We just had two new heat pumps installed at our condo at Pacific Shores. Mike and his crew were fantastic from first contact to completion. On time on budget and did great job given difficult retro fit. Mike is a good listener and is completely focused on quality and customer service Would highly recommend them.
We needed to start from scratch with duct work installation in our 29 year old house. Mike scheduled everything in a timely manner as our old furnace needed to be removed before duct work could start. He gave us 3 options and said to look at each and was ready to answer any questions we had. Not to mention our hot water tank needed to be moved to garage to make room so we decided to go to hot water on demand. Everything happened fairly seamlessly.

York units come with industry-leading warranties. For many residential models you’ll find 10-year parts coverage, lifetime heat-exchanger (on select models) and lifetime compressor warranties when properly registered within 90 days.
Fujitsu offers strong coverage for its residential ductless systems — depending on model and registration you’ll find up to 10 or 12 years on parts and compressor.
